📌 Experience Required

2–3 years of experience in BFSI Sector (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

Prior experience in team handling / field operations preferred

Age - 25 to 35

🛠 Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of Seva Sarthi executives

Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure smooth workflow

Coordinate with candidates and RBO (Regional Business Office) operations

Maintain and update daily reports, MIS, and performance tracking

Ensure proper candidate onboarding, verification & process adherence

Monitor team productivity and provide guidance/support

Handle field-level challenges and resolve issues effectively

🎯 Key Skills Required

Strong Team Handling & Leadership Skills

Good Communication & Coordination Skills

Ability to manage candidate authentication & verification processes

Basic knowledge of reporting (MIS, Excel preferred)

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Comfortable for on-site / field operations role

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
