Job Description
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential farmers for crop loans, tractor loans, and agri-allied business loans.
- Collection and Repayment: Ensuring the timely repayment of agricultural loans and managing overdue accounts.
- Documentation & KYC: Reviewing and renewing existing loans, verifying documents, and fulfilling KYC requirements.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with farmers and developing referral networks to increase agricultural loan sales.
- Job Qualifications: Usually requires a graduation degree, with preference for experience in bank loan field sales, often with a 2-wheeler requirement.
- Kisan Credit Card (KCC): Short-term credit for seeds, fertilizers, and operational expenses.
- Agri-Allied Loans: Funding for poultry, pisciculture (fishing), and dairy farming.
- Farm Mechanization Loans: Loans for purchasing tractors, harvesters, or other machinery.
- Land Purchase Loans: Loans for purchasing agricultural land
